Motion Design
Motion design has become one of my greatest hobbies, alongside programming. Although I've never reached a professional level that would allow me to turn this into a paid job, I've always tried to integrate my skills into my working life, even if it was just for an internal initiative.
My first ventures into motion design date back to 2006 when I experimented with a virtual landscape generator, Terragen. In 2010, I began working with Blender, followed by Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere. Currently, I’m learning DaVinci Resolve.
Most of my videos are from my gaming courses that are available on my Youtube Channel.

PF 2023
2022

This was one of the most challenging videos I have ever created, as it required me to film myself interacting with non-existent objects. The entire composition had to be shot in one take, as there are no cuts. Given that the year 2022 wasn't very good for many people, this video served as a form of amusement for my students, offering a hopeful glimpse of a brighter future.

APH Trailer 2023
2023

The latest trailer was so intense that I had to borrow three additional computers for rendering. I drew a lot of inspiration from the IMAX countdown animation for the first scene. The subsequent scenes feature more complex camera movements and careful synchronization with the musical beats.

APH Trailer 2021
2021

Although this trailer was more massive than the previous one, the budget was similar. Instead of featuring a few independent scenes, I decided to merge everything into one cohesive scene and included many references to well-known games such as Super Mario, Commander Keen, Half-Life, Doom, and Portal.

Game Jam Videos
2023

In 2022 and 2023, I organized three Game Jams at FIT CTU. The respective videos provide an overview of all the games developed and capture some spicy moments from the events. Just for fun, I always included a few CGI animations and virtual rooms for presenting.

2020

This was my first attempt to create a fully-fledged brand for my gaming course, with a brand new logo that would highlight the mission statement of the course. The trailer took four weeks to produce and features prepared materials, a few mini games, and the logo itself.
